In general, I hate shopping and looking for houses is at the top of the list of things I dislike shopping for. Then we were introduced to Jeff Epstein. He demonstrated surprising patience with our indecision and lack of experience.

Certain that the house we were looking for didn't exist, we halfheartedly looked for days on end with Jeff patiently holding our hands all the way. He knows his way around the real estate world and, very important for us, he is also a people person who made us feel he loves what he is doing. We always felt as if he had our best interests at heart and never felt rushed even though we revisited a few houses several times.
